Due to heavy land sliding in Badkhashan in Afghanistan,
death toll had been raised up to 2500 bodies and over 4000 people are homeless.
Badkhashan is a territory of Afghanistan and it’s under severe
natural disaster these days, due to heavy rains the mountains of this city are destroying
different villages, and become cause of heavy death toll.
Rescue work is under process and search of missing people are
in continuation, but area is surrounded by huge mountains so it’s becoming very
difficult for heavy machinery to reach effected areas. NATO forces are also
taking part in rescue works and US president has also offered help to Afghan government.
Heavy rains are still there, which is an indication of
further natural disaster.
